We're Fundraising in Memory of Dr. Michael Fralick
The General Internal Medicine (GIM) unit at Mount Sinai Hospital sees the most complex patients from the Greater Toronto Area and cares for approximately 125 patients every day. Our team of GIM specialists care for adults with complex medical illnesses ranging from common ailments to multi-system diseases to unexplained conditions.
Our team is proud to be raising support for the Dr. Michael Fralick Memorial Fund in honour of the life, legacy and lasting impact of a beloved colleague who passed away earlier this year. Dr. Fralick was an extraordinary clinician-scientist in the Division of General Internal Medicine and this fund will support academic activities aligned with his vision—nurturing curiosity, mentorship, methodological excellence and scholarship that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and trainees.
