The Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team delivers comprehensive patient-centered primary care throughout every stage of life. Our group is made up of physicians, nurses, social workers and other specialized health-care providers whose work and dedication ensure patients have access to the best family medicine care.
Our team specializes in maternity care and the care of babies and children, and offers programs for diabetes management, mental health, nutrition, smoking cessation and geriatric care. We also help train family medicine residents who go on to practice in cities across the country. That means that by investing in family medicine, you are supporting not only the health and well-being of patients at the Hospital, but of those nation-wide.
